The Yeheb plant (cordeauxia edulis is a small tree or shrub species endemic to Somalia and Ethiopia. it is hardy to drought and a source of food to both animals and humans. Yeheb produces a tasty edible  seed like a nut which contians a rich nutrition. University of Burao planted  Yeheb trees as a test again in Burao City after one hundred years later that endemic Hawd of Togdheer, reed more in Somali Raacdo News letter.
